Fried Kimbap

With familiar ingredients, recipes, recipes but with the addition of a deep-fried dough coat you will feel more crispy besides the familiar taste.

Ingredients for making fried kimbap

  • Hot rice: 400 gr
  • Chicken eggs: 2–3 whole and 3 beaten)
  • Sausage or crisps
  • Carrots, cucumbers: 1 fruit
  • Vegetables: 1 bunch
  • Salted yellow radish
  • Seaweed: 6 pieces
  • Rice vinegar, sugar, salt, sesame oil, mayonnaise sauce
  • Deep fried dough
  • Pieces of bamboo for kimbap rolls

How to make fried kimbap

– Step 1: Cook the rice to cool and mix the rice with sesame oil and roasted sesame.

– Step 2: Fry the eggs and slice into long fibers with a width of about 0.5–1 cm. Golden radish, carrot, cucumber washed and sliced long, sliced similarly to sausage.

– Step 3: Kimbap: Place bamboo (or aluminum foil) on top of a tray, then you put the seaweed leaves on (note: you face the rough face of seaweed on top). Next is to spread the rice evenly on the seaweed surface and place the prepared ingredients on top horizontally of the seaweed leaves. Then you roll the kimbap (pay attention to roll your hands tightly, both rolled and adjusted so that the ingredients are not pushed off will bad kimbap).

– Step 4: You cut the rolled kimbap in half for long support. Smash 2 chicken eggs into a large bowl and beat. Dip the kimbap in an egg bowl evenly. Pour the deep-fried dough onto a plate then roll over the kimbap just rolling over the egg.

– Step 5: You pour the oil into the pan and put the kimbap in the frying pan. Finally, you cut the kimbap into small pieces.
